MOUNTAINTOP EXPERIENCE IN BRAZIL
On Oct. 12, 2024, the Day of Atonement—a sacred day in God's biblical calendar reserved for fasting, praying, seeking forgiveness, and a fresh start—several members of Believing is Seeing Ministries ascended Morro do Boi, or Ox Mountain, in Balneário Camboriú, Brazil. In biblical symbolism, oxen represent servanthood and obedience, underscoring themes of selfless service and humble submission to God, which are foundational concepts often explored in Bible Study sessions. They also embody strength and power, illustrating God's ability to conquer challenges as part of His heavenly kingdom.
The day began with an unexpected encounter with an Uber driver, Rodrigo Nakashima. After explaining their prayer intentions atop the mountain, they welcomed him to join them, which turned out to be a divine appointment. Rodrigo had been diligently fasting and praying for the past 10 days—known as the 10 Days of Awe—culminating on this Day of Atonement. He sought God's guidance about entering a new relationship following his divorce. Wondering if this mountaintop prayer experience could be God's answer, he decided to record it in hopes of capturing a moment of divine revelation.
Following their prayers and before engaging in praise and worship, Reenie Hey received a profound word of knowledge for Rodrigo, sensing an 'opening of the womb' in his life. Biblically, this metaphor signifies God birthing something new in one’s life according to His divine will—a concept central to Kingdom Teaching and many Scriptural teachings. Grateful for this apparent answer to his prayers, Rodrigo shared his testimony of fasting and praying. The group celebrated the remarkable mountaintop experience and has kept in touch with him since.

Why We Are Not A 501(C)3
Believing Is Seeing Ministries, LLC operates as a for-profit business entity and is not a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. After prayerful consideration, guided by the Holy Spirit and a study of Scripture, including various Bible Study teachings, members of the ministry have chosen not to align with the world’s system of nonprofit status. Instead, they follow the principle outlined in Mark 12:17, which states, “Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s,” by responsibly paying their taxes. They uphold the Biblical principle of tithing and emphasize the significance of faith in God, giving not for tax benefits but as an act of gratitude and worship in response to God’s blessings. This commitment ultimately contributes to God's heavenly kingdom through their dedication to Kingdom Teaching and Scriptural teachings.
